Dear ASPAC Family,
These are difficult times for everyone. The world is not the same and will not be the same after this world health emergency. We hope you are coping the best way you can. It is really important that as science engagement organizations that even as most of our centers and museums are closed, we remind our audiences of how we can all help each other to help control the pandemic. This includes helping disseminate the correct information from health organizations like the WHO and your respective government health agencies.
For ASPAC members, we would urge you to please fill up this sheet to let us know of your status in these viral times. This will enable us to share and help each other in the region where we could.
To know about what other museums in the world are doing to help/cope, this document that you can access to be able to see what other museums and centers around the world are doing to cope and/or help. We also urge you to add your own information so that we can all have access to a document that could be of help to any of us.
We in the science engagement domain know how much the sciences have turned the tide when it comes to dark times like this one. We are counting more than ever in the human spirit to make use of the best of what we know in the sciences to end this as well as in other domains to help us cope until we get there.
Meanwhile, we can continue our exchanges online via email, our ASPAC website or our FB page.
Light is most visible when it is dark.
Thank you. Stay safe, everyone.
